LEAD CRITERIA


The following criteria must be met.

Please follow the criteria for a lead to be valid to ensure payment:

 

1. Consumer must present a valid ID. They must take a clear picture of their driver's license or state ID holding it next to their face.

(Paper photo copies of your driver's license or state ID will not be accepted.)

2. All information submitted on the survey must be accurate. All information will be verified and must pass all verification to get paid.

3. Consumer can only use their personal cell phone number in the survey.

4. The consumer must provide a personal valid email address.

5. All information submitted on the survey must be accurate.

6. Lead must be between the ages of 19-64.

7. You can not fill out the survey for the consumer.

8. Lead must list all household dependents in their household on the survey.

9. Consumer must live in the following states: Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arizona.

10. No duplicate entries allowed.

11. Consumers who are unemployed are accepted but must be actively seeking work.

12. Leads must be new and can not have a health plan.

13. Must obtain authentic client signatures in the survey; two signatures are required in the survey, no initials, full names only.
